- After an amazing time in Washington, we made our way to Oregon. We walked the beach in Astoria where Goonies was filmed! We enjoyed the coast of Oregon so much. The highlights included walking the beach every morning, watching the sea lions in Newport (I could stand and watch them for hours!!!!), visiting with Corey and Sherron and learning all about the geology of Oregon! Braden went out on an awesome fishing charter and they caught some delicious Dungeness crabs! This leg of the trip was all about learning about the geology of Oregon and spending as much time outdoors as possible! Here are our favorite photo memories from our time in Oregon!
