We've had a great time in New Hampshire! The campground we're staying at is called Riverbend Campground & we love it here! The owners have treated us like family. They invited us over to visit around the campfire one of the first nights we were here and have provided us with great advice and wisdom for this trip and future trips!
We still haven't seen any bears or moose :-( I was hopeful because when we first arrived, we heard there was a 500 pound Brown bear who visited regularly (and they even put the backhoe on the dumpster nightly so the bear can't get into the trash) but we must have scared her away. Moose also mosey through the campsite but they must be relaxing this week- oh well, guess we'll have to come back :-)

One day we drove the Kancamungus Highway - the locals call it the Kanc- it had many pull offs where you could hike/climb/scale down to the river...so we did just that

And believe it or not, we fished!
Today we went up the Mt. Washington Auto Road- the highest point in the Northeast! Just 6,288 ft up in the sky!
We didn't see any bears... Except our Aaron Bear!
This was a fantastic trip up the mountain!!!
