Vermont

We are loving our time here in Vermont!  It's gorgeous and the weather has been very cooperative :-)  We've been exploring all the farms and factories that Vermont has to offer.  Just call us Vermont Foodies!  Here's a picture montage if what we've been up to here in the great state of VT...

Putting on the Vermont sticker

We are staying at the Crown Point Campground in Perkinsville, VT.
Our neighbors
Fantastic fall foliage
We usually eat out on travel days so the first night in Vermont we went to Black Rock Steak House.  They bring the steaks RAW and you cook your own steak on a 750 degree black rock!  Braden loved it!!!!  Bryan wasn't so sure. Aaron and I both had chicken- which came fully cooked :-)
We had to check out the Ben & Jerry's Factory in Waterbury, VT.

We saw how the ice cream was made, sampled some of Ben & Jerry's finest, and then visited their Flavor Graveyard!

While in Waterbury, we also sampled Cheese at the Cabot Cheese Store and chocolate from Champlain Chocolate!  We were too busy stuffing our faces to document that :-)
Bodie ate well in Vermont too!
We stopped by the Green Mountain Visitor Center and learned a little about how they make coffee...look at that giant coffee bean:-)
After all the samples and touring, we spent a little time in a quaint little park getting some of our energy out!
Swinging
Playing in the leaves
Brotherly love ❤
At the park, Bodie made friends with a cute little girl dog named Billie!
Billie's parents were very cool too!  We've really enjoyed meeting new people along our trip!  We also met a great couple at the Cabot Cheese Store this same day.  We love meeting new people :-)
Sugarbush Farm in Woodstock, VT was a wonderful farm tour!  We learned about how a maple syrup is made, toured the Sugar House, saw some cool animals, and sampled maple syrup and cheese from the farm!
Aaron & I loved feeding the animals!  We want to buy a farm now❤
Dawn the calf
Bodie made friends with Dawn too!
They both wanted to run & play!
Took the Maple Walk

Very informative tour

Passed over a fantastic covered bridge on our way back to the camp

Caught some Vermont Fish!
Some big, some small :-)
All settled in for the night!  Tomorrow we move on to New York before heading towards home this weekend!  Sweet dreams.
